Readonweb CleanPage Software – Subscription and License Agreement
SUBSCRIPTION TO THIS SOFTWARE IS SUBJECT TO THE TERMS SET FORTH BELOW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FEES, TERM OF AGREEMENT, SOFTWARE LICENSE TERMS, TERMS OF USE, CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTY STATEMENT.
1. DEFINITIONS
a. “SOFTWARE” means Readonweb's CleanPage Software with the current functionality provided by Readonweb. It also includes any accompanying instructions, documentation, technical data, images, and other related materials provided by Readonweb or its distributors or resellers.
b. "Use" or "Using" means to access, install, download, copy or otherwise benefit from the Software.
d. "License" means the Software license grant and general license terms set forth herein.
e. "Term of Agreement" means the period from the date a subscription is purchased to the date of termination by either the user or Readonweb.
2. SUBSCRIPTION LICENSE
Readonweb agrees to grant the user a license that is non-exclusive and non-transferable in exchange for subscription fees. The license only allows the user to use the SOFTWARE contained herein for a specific duration and only when fees are paid. The rights granted herein are limited to the use of the SOFTWARE, Software Copies, Reports, Pages, Documentation and Documentation Copies as defined within the Agreement. All rights not specifically granted in this Agreement are reserved by Readonweb.
Prohibited Uses:
The Licensee may not: install the SOFTWARE onto a server computer that provides remotely accessible services concurrently to more than one user.
3. OWNERSHIP and COPYRIGHT
The SOFTWARE is owned and copyrighted by Readonweb. Your subscription confers no title or ownership in the SOFTWARE and should not be construed as a sale of any right in the SOFTWARE.
The SOFTWARE is protected by United States Copyright law and international treaty provisions. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the SOFTWARE is transferred to you. You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to the SOFTWARE will remain the exclusive property of Readonweb and you will not acquire any rights to the SOFTWARE except as expressly set forth in this license. You agree that any copies of the SOFTWARE will contain the same proprietary notices which appear on and in the SOFTWARE.

4. RESTRICTIONS.
You agree that you will not attempt to reverse compile, modify, adapt, translate, emulate, clone, disassemble the SOFTWARE in whole or in part, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the SOFTWARE (except and solely to the extent an applicable statute expressly and specifically prohibits such restrictions).
You may not sublicense, rent, lease, resell for profit or otherwise dispose of the SOFTWARE without written permission from Readonweb. You may not remove any proprietary notices or labels on the SOFTWARE. It is your responsibility to respect all legal aspects. You don't have the right to release to public any webpages which were filtered and altered using the SOFTWARE, if not expressively granted by the respective authors.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY.
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS AND YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR DETERMINING THE SUITABILITY OF THE PROGRAM AND FOR RESULTS OBTAINED. READONWEB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES RELATING TO THIS SOFTWARE, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FREE OF DEFECTS, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. NEITHER READONWEB NOR ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION, OR DELIVERY OF THIS SOFTWARE SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATIONS, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, DATA LOSS, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE SUCH SOFTWARE, EVEN IF READONWEB HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR CLAIMS. THE PERSON USING THE SOFTWARE BEARS ALL RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE. SHOULD THE SOFTWARE PROVE DEFECTIVE IN ANY RESPECT, YOU AND NOT READONWEB OR ITS SUPPLIERS ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ANY SERVICE AND REPAIR.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT THAT LIABILITY IS BY LAW INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION OR RESTRICTION.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY LIABILITY EXCEED THE LICENSE FEE PAID TO READONWEB.
6. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL REDAONWEB OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF THE DELIVERY, PERFORMANCE OR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF READONWEB HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL READONWEB’S LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY, EXCEED THE LICENSE FEE PAID BY YOU, IF ANY. READONWEB SHALL HAVE NO OBLIGATION TO YOU WITH RESPECT TO ANY CLAIM OF INFRINGEMENT BASED UPON YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE IN COMBINATION, OPERATION OR OTHERWISE WITH THE DATA OR MATERIALS NOT SUPPLIED BY READONWEB.
7. TERM
Unless earlier terminated as set forth herein, this Agreement is effective for the term set forth in the Documentation. If no term is agreed, the default term shall be one (1) year from subscription purchase except with regards to a free version of the SOFTWARE for which the default term shall be for so long as Readonweb makes such Software available to you.
This Agreement and the license granted hereunder will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described herein. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE and documentation.
8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This is the entire agreement between you and Readonweb which supersedes any prior agreement, whether written or oral, with regard to the subject of the license terms of the SOFTWARE.

Readonweb Privacy Policy
Readonweb, LLC. (“Readonweb”) cares about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. Please read the following to learn more about our privacy policy. By using the Readonweb services, you are accepting the practices outlined in this privacy policy.
1. What Is Readonweb CleanPage?
Readonweb CleanPage is a software that can extract the main content text from cluttered webpages. In addition, it provides Email, Text-to-Speech, Speed Reading, Editing, Print features for the extracted content.
2. What Is Readonweb MyFiles?
Readonweb MyFiles is a web service that let users save the extracted web content to their Readonweb accounts.
3. What Personal Information About Users Does Readonweb Save?
The main goals in collecting personal information are to provide, maintain, improve, analyze, customize and further develop the Readonweb services. We only collect personal information that is relevant to the purpose of our website. Information used:
3.1. Information you provide - We receive and store any information you enter on our website or provide to us in any other way. Such information may include your name, email address and an account password and is needed to open an account or use portions of the Services. You can decline to provide personal information, but in such case, some portions of the Services will not be available to you. Additionally, any information you provide Readonweb Inc. while sending emails or other communication to Readonweb Inc. may be used to respond to Your requests.
3.2. Automatic information - We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us:
3.2.1. Cookies - Readonweb's web site may send one or more cookies to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. Cookies are used to improve the quality of the services by storing user preferences and tracking user trends.
3.2.2. Readonweb receives and records certain "traffic data" on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, and the page you requested. Readonweb uses this traffic data to help diagnose problems with its servers, analyze trends and administer the website.
3.2.3. Some links on Readonweb's web site may be formatted in a way that enables Readonweb to keep track of whether these links have been followed.
3.3. Additional information provided during your use of the MyFiles Service:
3.3.1. You may register new accounts or manage existing accounts at Readonweb web site. The account's login details and session cookies are saved on your personal computer and/or our servers.
3.3.2. Readonweb MyFiles saves your uncluttered webpages on our servers.
4. Will Readonweb Share Any of The Information It Receives?
Readonweb does not rent nor sell your personal information to any 3rd party, except for the following purposes:
4.1. Readonweb may share your personal information for processing on Readonweb's behalf and in compliance with this privacy policy. Specifically, Readonweb does not share, rent or sell your email address to any 3rd party, nor does it send you any unsolicited commercial email.
4.2. Readonweb may share aggregated, non-personal information that does not identify you personally.
4.3. Readonweb may share your personal information if Readonweb has a good faith belief that disclosure of your personal information is reasonably necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request or enforce applicable Terms of Service.
4.4. With your Consent - Except as set forth above, you will be notified when your personal information may be shared with third parties or used for a purpose incompatible with the purpose(s) for which it was originally collected, and you will be able to prevent the sharing of this information by opting out.
5. Is Information About Me Secure?
5.1. Readonweb takes appropriate security measures to protect against destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized disclosure or access to your personal information. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Readonweb and you do so at your own risk.
5.2. Readonweb restricts access to personal information on a need-to-know basis. Only employees who need personal information to perform a specific task (for example, a customer service representative) are granted access to it. All of our employees are kept up to date on our privacy and security practices.
5.3. As stated previously, Readonweb MyFiles stores your clean webpages on our server. The passwords are not plainly stored and are only used by Readonweb when logging in to the website. This is similar in nature to the "remember my passwords" option you use on your browser and is just as safe.
6. What Choices Do I Have?
6.1. As stated previously, you can always opt not to disclose information, but then you may be unable to use certain features on our website.
6.2. You may request deletion of your account by emailing us at privacy@Readonweb.com.
6.3. The "help" portion of the toolbar on the majority of browsers will direct you on how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to command the browser to tell you when you receive a new cookie, or how to fully disable cookies. Please note, however, that if your browser does not accept cookies, you will not be able to take advantage of some of our services.
7. Changes and updates to this Privacy Policy
This privacy policy may be revised periodically and this will be reflected by the "Date Last Modified" below. Please revisit this page to stay aware of any changes. Your continued use of the Readonweb Service constitutes your agreement to this privacy policy and any future revisions. For revisions to this privacy policy that may be materially less restrictive on our use or disclosure of the personal information you have already provided to us, we will attempt to obtain your consent before implementing such revisions with respect to such information.

If you decide to use Readonweb's services, your visit and any possible dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. Readonweb is not responsible for the accuracy of content extracted from a webpage by CleanPage software. It is the responsibility of the CleanPage software user to understand the copyright laws governing the extraction by CleanPage of any content from a webpage used for personal and/or commercial purposes.
Readonweb is not responsible for the content saved by users of MyFiles. It is the responsibility of the MyFiles service user to understand the copyright laws governing the saving of content from a webpage in MyFiles. Readonweb does reserve the right to deactivate any MyFiles user account that is reported, with evidence, by a third party to contain unlawful information taken from a website. Once the unlawful content has been removed from the user account, Readonweb will reactivate the account.
